and now that im employed i dont want to lose my job sitting in jail waiting for them to make a decision so i need help on thi situation fast
You need to retain a lawyer immediately to see if you can be surrendered to the court in this jurisdiction. Your lawyer might be able to set a hearing on the docket, have you there, present mitigation of the violation and see if you can be reinstated. You might have to be taken into the jail, booked and released, or the court can withdraw the warrant and reinstate you on probation. If you can't hire a lawyer, if you turn yourself in, you will wait until your case get's on the court's docket. That might only take a few days or a week or more depending on what county you are in. Good luck.
Its not clear from your question what your status is. Are you on Parole and probation at the same time? Has your probation officer already filed an affidavit for violation? If he has not you should go speak to him ASAP and try to straighten things out. If he has you should seek legal counsel immediately.

It is great that you got a job.
Any Judge will consider this a positive step unless you have committed new law violations.
This is not a great way to survive (ignoring law, Court order, probation officer), as some Courts will demand justice from you (more jail, even prison depending on prior criminal history and other factors). We here can work with you and your budget to represent your interests to the fullest.
We really need you to call before we get another case and can't help you!
