I tried to pay rent they didn't want it now I go to court i didnt get a 3 day notice
At the eviction hearing, you can say you didn't receive it. Landlord will testify that you did. The court will decide. If the court orders the eviction, it will typically give you 7 days to vacate. So be prepared to move out.
