Motions to have them expunged in Louisiana..Once expunged will it come off my MVR as well since there is no more record of it?1 is a speeding.1 is yielding&1 not haing my license on me.
Some differences exist on how states deal with clearing tickets from driving records. As you've found out, traffic tickets while driving a personal vehicle also affect a CDL holder. You should contact an attorney in Louisiana to see what information is available and to whom when expungements take effect.
This answer is given merely for informational purposes and does not create an attorney-client relationship. For specific advice, contact an attorney in your state to see if working together makes sense.
I advise that you contact an attorney for, at minimum, a consultation. Certain traffic violations should be handled differently than others. You mentioned that you have already filed your Motion to Expunge. A good criminal defense attorney should be able to further explain the expungement process for you and answer questions that you may have.
Feel free to contact my office at 337-233-1303 to setup a consultation, or you can contact the local Lafayette Bar Association's referral services to find an attorney tgat may br able to assist you. Regardless, I do believe that you would benefit from a consultation by a defense attorney.
Best of luck!!
