Was I "seen" by PA or DR???....DR only walked into room and left, nobody did exam ,test or treatment.
No Vitals in actual ER but had vitals once during Triage/registrationthank you , I answered questions truthfully . I was not sure if Triage and ER were considered the same entity. So I clarified vitals taken at triage but NOT any other time. I also did not know what definition of "SEEN by Doctor was?" The doctor did walk into "community patient room" for a moment but did NOT do anything, Not even talk , No treatment or exams by any person.
You should answer the question factually. Tell the investigator what happened, and let the investigator formulate the correct medical/legal conclusion. Good luck.
The OR is the operating room where typically they treat trauma victims, and the ER is where typically they treat everyone else.
Always answer inquiries honestly and completely.
The answers given are limited to the facts as given and presumed by the answer itself. Without seeing actual written documentation or having a conference to more fully explore the issues, this short answer has only limited application. Make sure to seek legal counsel and provide all documentation to get assistance in making informed legal choices.
What was your complaint to State of Florida for? Were you misdiagnosed and / or mistreated?
If so, how? Thanks for your question.
