The person that currently has my son is 78 years old, and constantly is traveling 16 hours away with him. Not only that but has my son around her grand daughter who does pain pills which I have solid proof of. I am wondering how I can go about this or if I even stand a chance. DSS removed him out of my custody due to marijuana use. I am clean now and will stay clean. I want custody of my son back.
Go back to DSS. And it depends on the type of removal. If your rights were terminated, then there is no going back. If less than that, you may qualify for reunification services.
