Wow! Now what? been moving all my things in storage i have 3 units and i'm on a fixed income rent is 865.a month storage 245.a month plus gas electric water sewer and teenage kids and a 85 year old mother that needs me food laundry gasoline If i knew this would happen just from trying to get things fixed i would have left it alone.
Unfortunately, whether it is legal or not, the case appears to be over. You did the correct thing in escrowing money. The lawyer handling your case should not have consented to a release of the escrow if there was a pending eviction against you. Its unclear when and how and why the eviction started, but it seems to be something that has already happened.
