Because of my firefighter schedule 24 on 48 off, she is required to keep the girls when Im scheduled to work on my vistitation weekends. She picks up the girls at 7 pm the night before my shift starts. Now that our girls are older I have requested for her not to pick them up the night before my shift, but instead pick up the morning of my shift. My shift starts at 7 a.m., Most of the time the girls would be with my girlfriend but my from time to time be alone for an hour or 2. This would allow me another night of visitation. She is refusing. This month I was able to swap my shift and get the whole weekend off on my visitation weekend with the kids. I gave her 10 days notice. She is refusing, saying it has to be 30 days notice.
Answering your question would require actually reading your order. It sounds like you've got some pretty non-standard language in it.
