2) i filed for divorce and got divorce on 12 aug 2014.
3)i applied for U -visa , approved by 10 oct14.
4) I have interview on jan 6 2015 , regarding I-485 pending.
5) so, I am worried if they will deny my GC because I am no longer married to him, does this will affect my U -visa and future GC that I will file on the basis of my U-visa?
Hopefully you are talking with a lawyer on all of this. Did you really receive U visa approval in a few months?
Theoretically as long as the divorce is pending but is not yet final you should be able to "adjust status" to green card alongside your abusive soon to ex-husband. But once USCIS learns of the pending divorce they will not make it easy for you to adjust through your husband..
Get an immigration lawyer now, to accompany you to the interview and, among other things. ask CIS to hold your I-485 "in abeyance" while your "U" is pending and/or an I-360 VAWA self-petition for green card to which in all likelihood you will also want to file will be pending.

If you are in Valid U status, then the denial of the adjustment Application becuse of the unavailbility ofthe PEtitioner, should not hurt you r future chances.
