Non Custodial Parent living in Dallas. Have 3 Sons with my Ex-Wife. Been on Child Support since 2011. Back in 2013 My Ex-Wife stopped allowing me access to my Children and moved to another state for 2.5 years. She is back in Texas and still refuses access. She has also Alienated me from My Children as I went to go try and visit my Oldest at the school he attends now. And he refused to speak to me. Totally disrespected me as if I was beneath him.
The last time I saw my Sons was at School in 2013 at which point I video taped some of the things they were telling me. These videos clearly show mental abuse and parental alienation as well as expose the environment for being dangerous.
Since 2013 Ive reached out to her and her mother multiple times! They refused. I have documented emails and Voicemails of her refusing to access. This has cost my Family and I a tremendous amount of pain as we have missed several years of growth and relations with my Boys.
Start by enforcing your court-ordered possession rights if you have been denied court-ordered possession times but you have done your end of the court orders by attempting to pick them up when and where court ordered. Get your court-ordered periods and try to get some professional counseling set up with your children. An expert is needed on the issues you raise about the other parent and the children. Filing to modify if there is resistance from the children might not be the best immediate plan based on your facts of the present situation.
