The exact reason that I have tried to sue this company for over 8 years ago have a class action lawsuit that I put aside. I am now searching for an attorney that can help me with a civil lawsuit against the same lender. Its been a long 8 years and now they're waiting for the judge to assign our dates. I know that this is a win, win case because I have all of the documents from the first day that I purchased this home.

Expect to pay between $250 and $450 an hour for the attorney.
