I am disabled and home bound. The only social interaction I have is on facebook. Three times now after signing up everything is fine for a month or two and then suddenly they want me to send ID. I have all three times. Twice I got notice that I was okay to use it but could never sign back on again. This time they just blocked me with no reason and no time frame for how long I will be blocked. This is very stressful to me as I have no other interaction with people. I spend four to five hours a day there and upload hundreds of pictures and then suddenly I am no longer allowed access. I have since been having panic attacks and my COPD is worse. I am more and more depressed and I don't think a company making billions from their users should be able to get away with treating people this way.I have tried at least twenty times to get a response from facebook but they have zero human customer service so you have no way to question anything they do. They have also asked me several times for a cell phone number but I do not have one as I am bed ridden so it would be a useless expense for me. I don't know what to do here. I need help.
File suit for what? You don't pay Facebook. You have no "right" to an account. They can refuse to deal with you at any time they want.
