More information is needed. Were you charged with a crime? Are you scheduled to appear in court? How old was the alleged victim? This is a serious allegation. You should discuss the particulars of your case with a criminal defense attonrey in your area and not divulge too much information about your case on this website.
If you aren't sure of which attonrey to call, you can start with the local attorneys who respond to your question on AVVO.

You certainly need to speak to an attorney immediately. Make an appointment in the morning. Don't hesitate.
The above information does not establish an attorney client relationship nor is it meant to provide legal advice.
If you were charged with a crime or believe that you are under investigation contact an attorney ASAP. S/he can properly advise and guide you.
Do not speak to anyone about this without an attorney present. No one. Retain an experienced criminal defense attorney familiar with Essex County ASAP. Save all the texts. Do not post more information. Call my office with more information as to your age, and the particulars of what happened in the house. Do not post this information.
The best thing you can do is retain a lawyer immediately. The worst thing you can do is talk about this to anyone (her, friends, other people, and especially the police) without an attorney. YOu do not indicate exactly what is going on--did she send you a text accusing you? did she go to the police? have you been contacted by the police?--but the advice is the same: get an attorney now to protect yourself.
I agree with all the answers posted here. You must seek legal representation and do not speak with anyone.
Please be advised my answers to questions does not constitute legal advise and you should not rely on it, due to the fact that we have never met, I have not been aprised of the facts in you case nor have I reviewed any documents.
As stated by my most learned colleagues, do not discuss this matter with anyone other than your attorney. I have dealt with a few such cases in Passaic County and even with the fact pattern that you have described it is far from an easy matter to dispose of in court.
You could be looking at serious consequences such as prison and life long registration on the State's list of sex offenders.
