I got married to my fiancé after I was picked up by ice we had a baby together, my case was administratively closed because my i130 was pending, we went for our i130 interview and we got approved, my case was reopened I have no criminal case I haven’t been arrested, never been detained or convicted of any crime, I was supposed to go for my 3rd masters hearing by December 27 which I was planning with my lawyer to see if my case could be terminated but this morning I got a notice that my individual hearing has been scheduled to Jan 17 2020, I don’t know if this is a good news or I should be scared my question is that what should I expect at the individual hearing
The immigration judge can grant your green card application or deny it, so you should be sure to cooperate with your attorney.

The court routinely reschedules hearings for administrative reasons unrelated to a case. The rescheduling alone would not ordinarily be reason for concern. Check with your attorney for more information, as he or she knows the details of your case best. Good luck!
