I have a restraining order on my boyfriend's ex, and one of the orders is that she may not say "threatening or abusive remarks about [me] to [my boyfriend]." She keeps calling me a stalker whenever I go with my boyfriend to pick up her daughters.
She downright refuses to admit she's talking about me, but it's clear because I was the only other person there. She says she has proof that I "stalk" her because she has pictures. The order says she is not to take pictures of me without my permission. Does her saying she has pictures of me count as evidence of harassment? I don't have the pictures themselves but she has taken pictures of me before.
No. It sounds like you are in a tough spot but need to stop engaging with his ex because it’s bribing you nothing but a hassle. Doesn’t sound like any violation...
That would be difficult if not impossible to prosecute for man reasons.
