I want to this very beautiful girl here that I in love with but she in another country and I know that she has been left some properties of her late father's some ( gold ) and I want know how we can get her here because I can't afford to pay the way and would like to do this the right way .
This is an immigration issue. I will change the practice area and other lawyers can advise you how to proceed
This response is only a basic answer to your question and is not intended to be legal advise. It is your job to hire an attorney and to discuss the specifics of this question with him or her. I am not giving you specific legal advise and there is no attorney-client relationship created by my answer to your question. The choice of an attorney is an important decision that you must make and that choice should not be made upon adverting alone.
You can apply for a fiancée visa or if you marry her, apply for a green card for her. Please see http://www.avvo.com/legal-guides/ugc/green-cards-through-marriage
Mr. Shusterman's (former INS Trial Attorney, 1976-82) response to your question is general in nature, as not all the facts are known to him. You should retain an attorney experienced in immigration law to review all the facts in your case in order to receive advice specific to your case. Mr. Shusterman's statement above does not create an attorney/client relationship.
As another lawyer already stated, you can apply for a fiancé visa or a spousal visa for her depending on whether you are married or engaged at the time of your application. if you cannot afford to petition for her, you can find a joint sponsor to help, or you can use her income or assets as part of the affidavit of support. I'd definitely consult with an immigration lawyer. Those affidavit of support issues can be tricky!
