I have a son that’s 17 years old and his dad doesn’t help me. Is it to late to put him on child support?

Your son is entitled to support until he reaches 18 and is no longer a full time high school student. It isn’t too late, but you can’t go back any further than the date you file a Request For Order requesting a modification of support. You can open a case with DCSS online.
I have changed the practice area to child support.
Wishing you the best.
