Now they telling me my application has been denied I wanna know what's going on I haven't been to jail since nor have I been in trouble plus the judge through it out
You will probably want to try and get an expungement or pardon. The former will clean up your record.

Call and ask them what the problem is. We cannot tell you. They do not have to rent to you if you have a record, but that might not be the issue. Also, if you have a fairly common name, they may be confusing you with someone else with a bigger record. Or you just didn't pass the credit check. You will not know until you ask them.
