I have a roommate that is not on my lease. I gave her a 30 days notice. Did I have to do this? Can I evict her?

There seem to be three problems 1) There's nothing in writing; 2) food and other things are not generally included in lease agreements; and 3) you're not the landlord. Perhaps you should talk to the landlord, because I don't believe you can utilize the eviction process. Call a few attorneys to see if you have other options.
