LCA filed with instant petition covers a certified employment period of september 1 2019 to August 30 2022. however through written correspondence with a representative location, it was confirmed that beneficiary working at end client location in November of 2017, nearly two years prior to the filing instant petition. Therefore additional evidence is needed to establish that an LCA was properly filed for beneficiary's actual employment period.
