I have a 6ft privacy fence.my neighbor installed a camera on a long metal pole that looks over my fence then put a canape under it so it can only see my yard. She also moved her driveway camera to face the opposite direction and is nowfacing my driveway now. So she can monitor when I am home and when I am not home. Many neighbors have problems with her. Can she have cameras overlooking my fence and facing my driveway.
Yes, this is probably a civil invasion of your right to privacy known as intrusion of seclusion. Suing her would cost you a fortune and you don't have a case without actually monetary damages.
However, you may be able to get a restraining order against her. You will want to discuss your situation with a lawyer in more detail. Use the "Find a Lawyer" tab on this site and choose someone from your locale. Many lawyers on Avvo offer a free phone consultation.
