I have a medical bankruptcy on wi c cap?

Unfortunately, you cannot file bankruptcy unless you have an address, so what you ask for is impossible in bankruptcy court. However, since bankruptcies usually don't appear on the WI CCAP system, I suspect that you are asking a different question altogether. If it is a judgment causing you the problems, it is often possible for your bankruptcy lawyer to satisfy judgments after the dust settles, following your bankruptcy discharge, so set up and pay for an appointment to handle this new litigation, which should be relatively cheap after a bankruptcy discharge (if that's what you have). I suspect that you should re-ask this question, however, and provide more detail next time.
