I'm trying to get a security job and I'm trying to see can I get my license with this battery carge
This is not a per se employment question. It is a licensing question that you will need to address to the Florida Department of Business Regulation or other entity that gives you licensing.
I agree. You would need to contact the licensing authority to confirm whether or not the withhold on your record could affect your ability to get licensing. The DBPR or Department of Business and Professional Regulation may have the answer to your question. You may also be able to expunge that withhold from your record, but you will need to speak with an attorney about expunging the mark on your record. More likely than not, and even if you were to expunge the withhold, there may be a question on the licensing asking if you have ever been charged, not necessarily convicted, which the most important aspect of completing these licensing applications is to answer honestly. I cannot say whether or not a battery charge can or cannot be expunged, as although others in my firm perform these types of services I haven't seen the process performed myself to offer you any insight.
