I had a chip in a molar that I previously had a root canal and a silver filling. The filling protected me from tooth pain. I went to get the tooth repaired. This dentist removed my silver filling and used some type of while filling. He also grinded and drilled on this molar. The white filling is in the middle of my tooth and is near my gum line. The surrounding tooth is sharp in many places, with grooves and sharp tips that cause cuts in my cheek when I talk, comparable to a sharks tooth. I will not stop talking because of a dentist destroyed this molar. Every time I eat food gets stuck in the middle of this tooth like a sunken cavity, with a circular shape. I have had previous dentists that do have ex-rays of this tooth.
Easiest to google dental malpractice lawyer to find one
Can use Avvo find a lawyer tab but most attorneys would be reticent to take a case involving one molar being damaged or lost.
Many medical malpractice attorneys do represent dental malpractice victims. If they don't, most will know someone who does. So easiest way to find a dental mal lawyer is to contact med mal lawyers and ask for a recommendation. Good luck.
