I have a Class "A" liscence in NJ. In 2001, I had a DWI and then again in 2006. Can they be sealed from my background report?

New Jersey DWI - Expungement of records

Unfortunately, the New Jersey Expungement statute does not provide for the expungement of a person's DWI convictions under any circumstances. They are a permanent part of a person's driving record.

I agree with my colleagues, no expungement. Plus 2 DWIs are CDL a death sentence, for life I believe.
