We have two neighbors who continue to make complaints to management at our country club and hoa because we have excessive noise constantly. There are three peopleiChat reside in my home girlfriend myself and 4 yr ol daughter. Is there any actions we can take against the accusers? We also have 8 neighbors who will testify that we don't have parties or loud noise. Thank you
Do you rent or own your home? If you own, then this is an issue that management and hoa can address without the need of an attorney.

There are facts missing from your post. You do not say if you are the owner of the house or a tenant. Generally complaints to an HOA have to do with violation of the covenants or rules and regulations governing the community. If excessive noise were the problem, most often complaints are made to the police rather than the HOA. Complaints to the management of the country club would relate to behavior while using the country club facilities rather than makiing too much noise. Have you received any warnings? Have eviction proceedings started? Is the HOA threatening to fine you? Is the country club threatening to bar you from the club property? If you think that you are being treated unfairly, you should consult an experienced real estate lawyer in your area for help.
