Its been almost 2 years since being convicted with 2 misdemeanors relating to domestic violence which they have been expunged. I have no problem with getting public jobs but was warned that I'm likely to be denied by state and federal jobs. I still need to do 2 years of schooling to get my bachelors but stopped unsure if its worth it. So what are the chances of getting licensed in mental or medical fields?
If you were to apply you'd likely need to get a fingerprint clearance card. If you are denied for fingerprint clearance card you can request a hearing to see if they would overturn an automatic denial. You may be able to see if you would be eligible in the State of Arizona early by contacting Arizona Department of Public Safety's head office in Phoenix. They may be able to tell you before hand.
Best of luck and happy holidays!
