I have several policies/contracts which cover. The company is clearly NOT following the contracts and refuse to open any new claims covered under the contracts. My claim was closed for "Even though your policies do not state this, if you do not sign an Unrestictive Authorization we will not reopen your claim." This not only violates the contracts but also violates my HIPPA rights. Problem is that the contracts are NOT Social Security Disability NOR Workmens compensation but PRIVATE CONTRACTS. Any help in getting my contracts rights?
I suggest that you try using the Find A Lawyer tab on Avvo.
