I went back to Mc donalds to file an incident report for the hair in my food and the male manager was rude and hostile and told me he was not going to write a incident report. The female manager came over acting like she wanted to see the hair in the pie. The female ripped the hair from the pie thinking she pulled it all out she sat the pie down and walked away saying what is an report going to do. I went to the doctor and was giving medication for nausea and I have an upset stomach from this as well.
You can always sue. In this case it sounds like your damages are limited and fighting McDonald's isn't a fun experience. If you wish to discuss the possibility of filing a claim you'll want to contact a local personal injury attorney.
You will be hard pressed to find an attorney to take this case. You will spend more to file a claim in Small Claims Court, than you will receive in damages.
Oh no! Hair in your McDonald's food?
