I also sold her ten pills but im only charged with selling her five. Is that illegal too?
Stop posting this on the internet, that you committed a crime, there is no confidentiality here and it is a public forum. What you need is a private criminal defense attorney. The attorney you hire will investigate all the facts and circumstances and will represent you accordingly.
R. Jason de Groot, Esq. We do not have an attorney-client relationship. I am not your lawyer. The statements I make do not constitute legal advice. Any statements made by me are based upon the limited facts you have presented, and under the premise that you will consult with a local attorney. This is not an attempt to solicit business. This disclaimer is in addition to any disclaimers that this website has made. I am only licensed in Florida.
If the sex was bad, you can ask for a another go around. You'll need to hire a lawyer and quit selling Xanax unless you are operating a licensed pharmacy.
Experienced Criminal Defense Attorney--Former Prosecutor--Put my experience to work for you!
You are your own worst enemy.
Admitting to crimes on line is even more foolish than committing them.
My advise: Get offline and into a skilled and experienced Chipley area criminal defense lawyer's office. Use the "Find a Lawyer" feature on AVVO to locate proximate lawyers, make an appointment, show up on time, bring whatever evidence, documents or witnesses that you may have, engage in a meaningful face-to-face consultation and get yourself some advise which is legally sound and has been custom tailored as possible to meet your specific reasonable needs in your unique case.
I hope that I have been helpful in answering your question.
First, second and third: No attorney-client relationship exists by virtue of any Q&A with Michael A. Haber, Esq. on Avvo. Fourth: Anything that you post on Avvo (or on similar sites) or on any social media is by its nature public. It is essentially an admission / confession and can be introduced into evidence as a statement against your interest in a subsequent legal proceeding. Once posted you lose any reasonable expectation of privacy, so, as this is an open forum (with no privilege attached), please be extra careful when considering what to post online (forewarned is forearmed.)
As others have told you, stop posting about this! Please don't respond to this, but just to answer your question: Sex with the CI, alone, will not be sufficient to get the charges thrown out. If the CI was already a CI when they slept with you, and this was done to provide something for the police --- now there may be arguments that a skilled criminal defense attorney could make on your behalf.
