so what do i do if i'm not working wright now
There is a judgment because you owed a debt, the creditor sued you, and they obtained a judgment for what you owe. The garnishment came when the creditor started to collect on the judgment. Now that you're unemployed, there is no garnishment since there is no paycheck. Until you have a new job, you're basically judgment proof since they cannot collect from you at this point. That doesn't mean you don't owe the money, just that they can't collect right now.
