I need my prenuptial copy, because I'm filing for Divorce. Now his not working. His fighting me so he can get spousal support. He claims to be sick, but I know it's not true. His been to doctors, and emergency, with me, his mom, his sister, and the Doctor say nothing wrong with him. His saying this so he doesn't have to work. His had jobs, but could not keep a job. His lazy. All he does sit, and lie down, and do computer, copying movies and watching. I have spent 60 thousand or more for the past 9 years we been married. He cleaned me all out, I have no home, no car, now his trying to get my pension. Where can I get my prenumpt copy please. I really need help. I Thank you Kindly. Tessie
You have to go back to the attorney who prepared the prenuptial, and get a copy.
