I had an approved I-140 from the previous employer and the petition was revoked after I left them post 6 months of approval. My current employer filed fresh PERM labor petition and filed a brand new I-140 application petition as my H1B is expiring on March 2020 ( this is beyond 6 years of time). This I-140 petition is approved last week in the premium category. Now, I got an offer from another company. So,
1. is that ok to transfer H1B provided my H1B is expiring on March 2020?
2. What are the consequences if my current employer revoke the approved I-140 petition on the basis that I Ieft within 6 months of I-140 approval
3. If I leave after 6 months i.e. after November 2019. Can the new company transfer and extend H1B simultaneously as my H1B will be expiring in March 2020.
Please advise thebest strategy as I don't want to leave this opportunity
