He stated I would not be responsible for the monies associated with that procedure or the follow up procedure done there was no change. I had the follow up procedure and stopped receiving bills. I am now being sued for those fee in 2013. After two surgeries from him, I still have no changes. Only a disformity in my stomach area. Flat in a couple places and buldgubv in others. I did not go back to him for obvious reasons and have not had any other work done. However, now I have the continued grabs of that time period in my life.
I am going to change this to medical malpractice and see if you get more answers. On the surface, you probably have a case, but medical law is very tricky and doctors are hard to nail down. If just a billing issue, an attorney can help there as well.
