What can I do
From this, it sounds like your payment plan has been rejected by your creditor, but no one has any idea what you're referring to. You need to post more facts. WHO was the payment plan with, WHEN was it made, exactly WHAT was the plan (and is it in writing?), etc.
Avvo doesn't pay us for these responses, and I'm not your lawyer just because I answer this question or respond to any follow-up comments.
As Attorney Koslyn notes, this sounds, from the minimal information provided, as though your payment was late, or your proposed payment plan was rejected. Moving to debt/lending agreements accordingly.
The obvious course of action is to contact the creditor and find out WHY your payment was returned.
The foregoing is for general information purposes and does not establish an attorney-client relationship. Those seeking such a relationship are directed to the contact form on my website.
