I was in Jail for 45 days for a bench Warrent I had for failure to appear in court for a being high in my own property charge I never showed up to court because I never got the letter in the mail because the officer who did the report put th wrong address down so I got a public defender told me I'd have to take 45 days in jail and in the mean time on the 45 day we will come back to court and fight it as a prejedice something like that so at the end the case was dismissed because It was the wrong adress they wrote down and I never got that letter saying I had court for that charge of being high at my own home so 45 days I felt that those days where stolen from me it messed my life up my job my house got robbed and I had came home to problems because I was not there to deal with them for being in jail due to the police office filling out the wrong info there for never getting that letter to appear to court getting a bench Warrent for not going and was arrested a year later and spending 45 days only so they can say oh my bad it was our fault you can go home after 45 days can I sue to get money for the time I was in Jail due to there mistake messing up my life
