Your biggest concern is going to be getting the charge reduced down to something that won’t be reported to the SoS as a serious or major CDL violation. These classifications are what you need to avoid. Therefore, your attorney will need to consider the available avenues to get the charge reduced.
It can’t get much worse than a Class B misdemeanor. Definitely hire a lawyer to help reduce it. TheCDL can’t afford a conviction.
