after i report my accident the same very day taht it hapened my employer did not send me to a doctor, and after 3 years i got re-injured in the same place, i filled a report and again he did not sent me to a doctor, apart from workers comp, ist a legal civil action i can take against my employer?
Unfortunately, if you were injured on the job involving your employer, your only remedy is the worker's compensation process. It sounds like you may have a worker's comp claim. I would strongly recommend that you hire one to look at the facts of your case more carefully - there are a number of options available to those who have been injured on the job. These are legal rights you are given - don't hesitate to exercise them!
Take care, and sorry about your accident. Best of luck to you, Rabeh
