I work graveyard n day shift in oregon, the father is responsible for child, i cooperated with officer and explained situation, when officer spoke to the father he just said oh he lives with the mother officer got mad and charged us both with failure to supervise a child. The father had justed bailed the child from juvie n the officer still charged me, when im at work weekdays
It is unclear if you are married to your child's father or not. If you are not married and there is a Parenting Plan in place, it should state who the primary custodial parent is. If you do not have a Parenting Plan, you simply have your own testimony about what the custodial arrangement is.
