What you can do is stop posting anymore details of the incident online, actually stop talking to ANYONE about this incident at all, and go speak with a few criminal defense attorney who have experience in LA courts (assuming that is where your case is being handled). Most attorneys offer free consultations. You should meet with a few of them to see who you feel comfortable with. If you cannot afford an attorney the court will appoint you a public defender at your arraingment. If you would like a free consultation feel free to contact me via e-mail or phone to set one up. I will not get your call until Monday but I will get your e-mail immediately. Good luck.

This matter can be dealt with. You should not post so much information on this board. DA's read this too! You need an attorney .
Get an attorney. I expect that your attorney will tell you that this explanation of the events is unlikely to be believed by anyone. Make sure that you show this Question post to your attorney so that s/he is not blind-sided.
My responses to questions on Avvo are never intended as legal advice and must not be relied upon as legal advice. I give legal advice only in the course of an attorney-client relationship. Exchange of information through Avvo's Questions forum does not establish an attorney-client relationship with me. That relationship is established only by individual consultation and execution of a written agreement for legal services.
