I've the Virginia Driver's License. I recently got a traffic ticket under Virginia Law Section 46.2-92.1.1 and the officer wrote the reason on ticket as "failure to move over" and send it to the court. Is it possible to remove it from my driving records?
Waiting for response...
The first violation of the "move over law" is a traffic infraction - - the second is a misdemeanor. If you have been convicted, then the offense will remain on your driving record. If your court date is in the future, you should consider trying to convince a judge that you could not move over safely and that you proceeded with caution. Good luck.
