im 18 this is my second speeding ticket, my first was 14 over.
my last ticket i went to court for it like maybe 2months ago, what are my options!
i pay $700 a month for my car with car payment, i can't afford getting the points on my license and i need my license for work.
i was respectful when i got pulled over and i said i was sorry and the officer still wouldn't lower the speed.
my court date is 6/11/12
i probably going to hire an attorney, even though i don't have that kinda money.
Your alleged speed is 27 over the speed limit. If you plead guilty, you will lose your drivers license for 6 months. I'm sure you can't afford that either. If you get caught driving during this 6 months period, you go to jail then, too.
A lawyer can help you find away these drastic consequences, and most likely to close the case out without losing your license. I know I can. It will take time, efforts, and some money for various things, but it can be done.
Give a call if you wish. Good luck.
