I’m moving to Florida can I get my license their if I got a revoked license in nyc
Unfortunately, NO. The world of technology has made this world a very small place. There is something called the interstate compact act that most (if not all) of the states are on. Florida will see that your license is revoked/suspended in NY and will not issue you a license until that revocation/suspension is cleared.

I am licensed in both states. NYS and FL share information, especially on DWI. Your license must be clear and valid in NYS before any substitution of licensure.
