Everything goes into the National database now. You will probably lose your license for one year. If you have documentation showing that you completed a first offense DUI education program, it may be possible to get this reduced to 45-90 days. You may also qualify for a hardship license (12 hours a day, 7 days a week) during your license loss period, depending on your situation. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss further. www.massduidefenselawyer.com
From my daughter's experience, yes you will. And reinstatement is an involved process and expensive.
