I am on unsupervised probation for embezzlement. Misdemeanor, I’ve paid all the fees. I recently got a ticket for driving with a suspended driver license. I didn’t get arrested and I’ve never had any DUIs or issues with my license.

It should not, but the real answer is up to the judge. As Mr. Finnecy advised, fix your license before showing up in court for the arraignment on the suspended license so the judge does not see it as such a big deal.
It can, technically probation requires you "to lead a lawful life," which isn't accomplished by picking up misdemeanor charges.
