Highly unlikely you will get PTD with two cases. You definitely need to hire an experienced lawyer who can give you advice based on the reports, videos, and tests. AND, stop drinking anything and then driving. They have your number!
BTW, hire a lawyer NOW so they can request hearings on the administrative drivers license matters in order to conduct discovery.
You need to really consider hiring a local DWI/DUI attorney as soon as possible. PTD may be a possibility, but will take some fancy footwork to get through with two pending charges. A DWI/DUI attorney will be able to quickly evaluate the case and hopefully convince the state of the weaknesses so that PTD might be an option. Deferred adjudication is not an option on DWI cases so PTD is your only shot at some type of plea unless the state is willing to drop to a lesser charge such as obstruction of a highway. Get a DWI defense attorney immediately. Get him started on your cases as early as possible. That is the best way to get a head start on a good result.

You need to hire an attorney as soon as possible! You will also have to pay a bond and may serve approximately 3 days jail time or more, depending on your attorney. You may also still receive probation, but you will most likely have a breathalyzer device installed in your car that you must blow into prior to starting the vehicle. Also, start saving up, you are going to be hit with heavy fines and community service. Please stop drinking and driving; it's not worth it.
