When I field my Asylum case in AZ I knew nobody there and I was quite alone.I know a friend in KY who invited me to stay with. So, I filed the case in AZ and mentioned on the papers that I am gonna live in KY but the mailing address should be my lawyer’s Office in AZ.I did my biometric in AZ. Is that ok? Also, UCIS keep saying whenever I contact them “you are no longer living in AZ and U should inform us of any address change”.I already informed them of where I am gonna reside and where should I receive my mail!!!!Can you please explain!?
You have a lawyer and should be asking him how to proceed, thats why you retained him/her.
