i filed an discremenation EEOC case and they suddenly had my position eliminated post this. can this be retaliation? and wrongful termination?
Although I do not know all of the facts of your situation, it is entirely possible that the timing of your former employer’s action may demonstrate or be demonstrative of not only discrimination but also of retaliation to the filing of your EEOC compliant. Timing is certainly relevant in the analysis of your situation, and, more importantly here, it seems suspicious.
