I feel that I am being held to a higher standard of quality than my coworkers and that I have a heavier workload than my coworkers. My work is being monitored and scrutinized more closely than coworkers. HR does not believe this is harassment but I feel that it is. What are my rights?
Your rights are the same as they always were. Discrimination requires some factual basis other than that you don't like the way you are being treated.
