I know i will be receiving a final eviction date, the end of Aug possibly Sept however would it do me any good to talk to a bankruptcy lawyer, before actually going into foreclosure i did speak to a legal advisory, she didn't recommend. As i said i don't carry a lot of debt although iv raised my two nephews myself, now 17, and 20. I lost my job of 15ys and then got cancer and had to have a few surgeries. So thats how i lost my home just giving a little background on myself, im not a total dead beet i just ran into bad luck i guess . My health is on the mead and before i got sick i took certified phlebotomist course so im more then ready to return to work. Also i see a lot on these rent to own. Can you give me some information on these programs would i be eligible and how exactly does it work.
