She took out the money out of our account then deposited a number of fake checks in our account an took the money from the bank now I have the bank calling everyday the bank send me copy of the fake checks with her signature on them what can I do at this point
Although I have no idea what is meant by this statement: "I did my interview but the decision is still pending..." However, I think I do know that your marriage is about to go through an important change, perhaps for the better. Meantime, the law is clear: If your wife was a co-owner of the checking account, then she AND you are both equally liable for the overdrafts caused by your wife, at lease as far as the bank is concerned. Whether the bank will press charges against you is another question.
Sounds like a fake marriage for immigration purposes. If so, you are both doing illegal things and should be worried for many reasons. You can close the joint accounts and file for divorce.

Contact the USCIS office where the interview was conducted ASAP and withdraw the family petition. Either mail a letter of withdrawal (with the case numbers and an explanation) or schedule an INFOPASS appointment on the uscis.gov website and complete this in-person. You may also wish to have a lawyer present with you, especially if there is any suspicion of marriage fraud. You may also wish to notify the police. Sorry to hear the news but best to protect yourself also.
